Achieving agreed-upon results requires close collaboration with a project steering committee, executive committee, or benchmarking committee of high performers, and, it is critical to achieve consensus on:
- Client challenges
- Desired TBA roles and responsibilities
- Desired client roles and responsibilities
- Operational results expected
- Human resources results expected
- Measurement tools
- Time frames
The result of effective collaboration is the "Pygmalion effect": Trainees excel in part because their company and managers have demonstrated clear belief in the trainees' ability to excel.
