Chemicals, Forestry, Paper Products and Packaging

In both retail and wholesale divisions of  an international paper products company, we designed and conducted custom seminars to improve distribution of product manufacturing across mill locations, through improved territory management and target account selling.  We also introduced multiple levels of consultative selling skills training, and trained sales managers in coaching and counseling to improve overall sales productivity.

In the bleached board, consumer packaging, fine papers, and chemicals divisions of other companies, we developed custom self-directed job orientation, and detailed functional, technical and product knowledge training, with computer based knowledge assessment  for certification purposes.
