Applying an organizational development framework to any intervention
The intervention may be Training Day 1, followed oneweek or month later by Day 2, followed one week or month later by Day 3, etc. The change process may involve a shift in competency models, or career assessment, performance coaching, and/or skills coaching tools.
Any number of human resource development methodologies may be introduced that are implemented singly or in combination. The goal remains the same. If it doesn't work, fix it; if it does work, proceed and continuously improve it.
