Strategy deployment process
To create the right knowledge of a company's strategy, industry trends, and competitive factors, and to increase acceptance of new policies, philosophy, and job practices, a strategy deployment module can be designed for all employees.
The module should EXPLAIN any reallocation of job functions, new performance expectations and training requirements. The strategy deployment process fosters open discussions of organizational challenges, goals and strategies, facilitated by a line management meeting leader. - Explain how job design changes relate to company's strategic direction
- Assume clarified or reengineered roles with dedication and commitment -- which are reflected in knowledge of the strategic rationale, philosophy, and market demands
- Develop personal time allocations and establish skill development priorities
- Participate in training targeted to improving specific skills and overall performance
